Prepare your wrap n°1:
1. Thread the leather cord through the button so that you have 1 m of cord on each side.
2. Tape the button to the top of a tray and the two cords to the bottom of the tray, so that you have a fairly rigid working set.
3. Pass the macramé thread under the leather cords, just below the button, so as to have 1 m on either side, and weave in 3 overhand knots.
4. Add a white bead on the starting side of the next overhand knot and tie the knot.
5. Add a gold bead to the starting side of the next knot and tie the knot.
6. Continue for 16 cm.
7. Then weave 3 simple square knots (without beads) to finish the 1st round, and cut any protruding threads, leaving 5 mm, then burn to finish neatly.
