DIY Bracelets in Celtic Braided Leather Sheepskin or 6 strands

How to make braided leather bracelets?

This video shows you 3 different ways to braid leather laces to make leather bracelets easily.
Learn how to make a 4-strand fishbone braid, a 5-strand Celtic leather braid or a 6-strand braid. The laces used are made of 2.5 mm full-grain leather or 3 mm double-grain leather, and are available in other colors - check them out on the site!

1. Material leather bracelet Celtic braid 5 strands below:

• Full-grain leather lace 2.5 mm natural x 2 m
• Magnetic clasp 26x12 mm for 10 mm antique silver lace x 1 Following a test on 04/02/2025, the clasp is currently no longer compatible with these laces. I suggest the 31x16 mm magnetic clasp, which will give you more leeway.
• Hasulith glue

2. Braided leather strap material cobs or fishbone 4 strands below:

• Double leather lace 3 mm Brown x 2 m
• Magnetic clasp 31x16 mm for lace and antique silver cord x 1
• Hasulith glue

3. Braided leather strap material 6 strands below:

• Double leather lace 3 mm Dark grey x 2 m
• Magnetic clasp for cords and laces 14 mm antique silver x 1
• Hasulith glue

The wires are glued in the clasp as follows: 3 above, 3 below. The rightmost wire on the bottom is passed under the wire to its left (from the top). The wire in the center of the top passes over the wire in the center of the bottom and the wire on the right of the top, then under the wire on the right of the bottom. After that, remember that the left-most wire passes under the right-most wire, then over 3 wires, and finally under the right-most wire.
