How to create a tropical long necklace for this summer?
Looking for a simple, fresh piece of jewelry with a tropical feel this summer? Follow our quick and easy DIY tutorial with pompoms and a charm mounted on a wooden hexagon pendant and a mounting ring, it couldn't be simpler! Wear them with a colorful top and you'll be right on trend! Don't wait any longer, get started!
Step 1:
Mount the two pom-poms on the mounting ring. Use a 7 mm open ring for the green pompom. Then attach the koi carp charm to the green pompom with a 3.30 mm ring. If you're not comfortable with opening knots, take a look at our How to open a ring to make a jewel? datasheet in our toolbox.
Step 2:
Join the mounting ring to the wooden hexagon pendant and the wooden pendant to the chain using two large 7 mm rings.
Step 3:
Attach the small oval open rings to the chain. Finally, assemble the oval tags and clasp to complete the chain.
And that's it! Your long necklace is finished! We love to see your creations, so don't hesitate to send them to us on our Facebook page or tag us on Instagram with #Perlesandco!
