Thread 3 chip beads onto a ball-head pin, then use a looper pliers to make a loop at the end. You can also form the loop by hand by following our technical guide: How to Make a Loop on a Pin or Jewelry Wire.
Repeat the previous step to make 2 chip bead charms.
Count 7 links on the chain, then cut the 8th link using wire cutters. You can, of course, adjust this length to achieve your desired look by cutting the chain shorter or longer.
Using an open jump ring, attach the mother-of-pearl shell pendant to one end of the chain.

Open a ring, then thread the following onto it: a chip bead charm,
the chain with the mother-of-pearl seashell pendant.
Close the ring, then attach it directly to the hoop by simply opening the hoop.
Using an open ring, attach the stainless steel seashell charm to the second link from the top of the chain.
Then add the second chip bead charm to the second link from the bottom, also using an open jump ring.
Repeat all the steps one more time to make the second earring.
