Prepare the base for your earrings
Gather the necessary materials: earstuds, 14-mm pearly white cabochons, and Hasulith glue. This base will be used for all three earring designs featured in this tutorial.

Add a touch of color to your creations with this DIY tutorial for resin bead earrings! Easy to make and suitable even for beginners, these three designs will let you create trendy jewelry by combining cabochons, resin beads, and stainless steel findings. Using simple gluing and assembly techniques, you’ll create unique earrings in just a few steps.
In this tutorial, discover three variations: a bright yellow version, a soft pink version, and a pair of dangling earrings in shades of blue. Each design is based on the same basic structure, allowing you to easily vary the colors and shapes while mastering the essential techniques of jewelry making. Whether you want to create a subtle pair for everyday wear or a more statement-making design, these creations can be adapted to suit any style.
One of the main advantages of this project is its customizability. The resin beads come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colors: marbled, translucent, opaque, faceted, or pearlescent. Resin cabochons also offer numerous possibilities for creating harmonious combinations or playing with contrasts. This allows you to imagine an infinite number of combinations and create unique pieces of jewelry that perfectly match your style or that of the person you wish to give them to.
To take customization even further, feel free to swap out charms, adjust the length of earrings, or mix and match different bead shapes. These creations also make an excellent handmade gift or a beautiful way to expand your DIY jewelry collection.

Prepare the base for your earrings
Gather the necessary materials: earstuds, 14-mm pearly white cabochons, and Hasulith glue. This base will be used for all three earring designs featured in this tutorial.

Apply a thin layer of Hasulith glue to the base of the ear stud, then carefully position a 14-mm pearly white cabochon.
Let the glue begin to dry before handling the piece, then repeat the process for the second earring. This glue dries to the touch in 1 hour and reaches full strength in 12 to 24 hours.

Make the yellow or pink version
Apply a thin layer of Hasulith glue to a cabochon setting, then glue a 12-mm round opaque blue resin cabochon into place.
Repeat the process for the second spacer.

Thread a yellow flat bead onto a ball-head pin.
Bend the pin at a right angle above the bead, then cut off the excess to about 1 cm using wire cutters. Next, form a loop using round-nose pliers.
If this is your first project, this how-to guide may help:
How to form a loop on a jewelry pin or wire?
You can also use Looper pliers, which allow you to cut the pin and form the loop in a single step.

All the parts are now ready; all that's left is to put them together.

Using an open ring, attach the setting spacer to the ear stud. Be sure to orient the spacer correctly so that it faces forward when worn.
Next, attach the charm you made in the previous step to the lower open ring on the spacer.
Repeat these steps to make the second earring.
You can also create the pink version by following the exact same assembly process and simply replacing the cabochon and flat bead with the corresponding colors.

Make the blue dangling earrings
Use the same earring base you made in the previous steps.
Thread a glacier gray flat bead onto a round-head post, followed by a Baby Blue olive bead.
Using the Looper pliers (or a pair of cutting pliers and round-nose pliers), make a loop at the end of the post, then attach this piece to the earring post. Carefully close the loop.
Finish by adding the bird charm to the lower end of the round-headed stud.
Repeat the same steps for the second earring.
Your various earring designs are now complete!
