Prepare your heart beads
Count 12 marbled apricot heart beads and 12 marbled amber heart beads, for a total of 24. Adjust the number according to your desired length and final effect: monochrome, duo or color mix, the choice is yours.

Mount the first end of the collar
Cut approximately 45 cm of cord. Thread one end through a wire guard, then slip a 2-in-1 Crimp bead into both strands. Carefully crush it with flat-nose pliers to secure the assembly.

String the beads and finish the necklace
String all your beads, alternating 3 apricot hearts then 3 amber hearts, until you reach the desired length.
Finish with a 2-in-1 Crimp bead, a wire protector and your clasp. Pass the wire back through the crush bead, tighten well, then crush it with the flat pliers.

And now your necklace is ready to be worn or given as a gift! You can vary the colors, making a more minimalist model or a more colorful one, depending on your style.
You can also make a simple bracelet with elastic thread, as in the pink version shown below. Here, we've used 5 fuchsia pink heart beads and 6 dark pink marbled heart beads.
This type of assembly is quick and easy, ideal if you're just starting out. Simply adjust the number of beads to your wrist size and desired length, then finish with a tight surgeon's knot.
