Leopard-print tube beaded elastic bracelet

Where can I find Leopard tube beads?

Today I'd like to show you how to make an elastic bracelet with Leopard pattern tube beads. These tube beads are very fashionable and come in many colors and effects. At Perles and Co, we offer them in two sizes: 32x8 mm and 35x11 mm. We've already made a few bracelets with these beads, so take a look at our other elastic bracelet tutorials. In particular, another version of the Leopard elastic bracelet with the larger tube beads and freshwater pearls made by Margaux.

Leopard print is an essential back-to-school motif. Whether on clothing or accessories, you won't want to miss the Leopard trend this autumn. The beige and brown colors of this print are perfectly suited to an autumn outfit, while still reminding us a little of the warmth of summer. Leopard also goes perfectly with khaki and orange garments. If you don't want to invest in a Leopard blouse or pants, why not just make inexpensive Leopard jewelry? This bracelet is easy to wear and match with other garments. You'll be able to add a trendy touch to your wardrobe in just a few minutes.

Not only is elastic jewelry accessible to beginners, it's also very economical, as there's no need for jewelry clips. What's more, the materials I'm proposing in this tutorial don't cost very much. So it's a perfect project for when you're back from vacation or back to school! If you'd like to save even more and treat yourself at the same time, you can buy more tube beads and make other bracelets with the remaining material. The 15 m elastic thread will enable you to make over thirty bracelets, and if you only use 5 spinners for your bracelet, you can make a second one with just one bag of spinners. Note also that the price goes down if you buy these beads in bulk.

Tutorial steps

Step 1

Cut 35 cm of elastic thread if your wrist is 16.5 cm or less. Cut 45 cm for a larger wrist. Stretch the thread to check that there are no brittlenesses on the part you've cut, as well as to loosen the thread a little. This will prevent it from relaxing once the bracelet is finished.

Step 2

String 1 tube, 1 flower washer, 1 spinning top, 1 flower washer and repeat this sequence of beads 4 or 5 more times, depending on the size of bracelet desired.

Step 3

Tie a double surgeon's knot. Tighten the second knot. Also tighten the knot by pulling from the inside of the bracelet. Cut the wire ends to within 2 mm of the knot. Immediately apply glue to the knot and slide the tube over the knot to glue the knot inside.

Bonjour, CCB veut dire "Copper Coated beads".
