Discover this DIY bracelet with chain and transparent acrylic beads. These large, light beads with their colorful reflections are reminiscent of soap bubbles. They transform the bracelet into a regressive piece of jewelry, reminiscent of the bubble tubes of our childhood. Combine them with a chunky gold chain and rhinestone beads, and you've got a chic, playful bracelet that's the perfect complement to your spring outfit.
The bubble pearls are attached directly to the chain using a cable and a crushable pearl. The rhinestone beads are positioned on the chain and on the crush bead, but you can also provide a crush bead cover if you wish. Use crush pearl pliers to fold the crush pearl in half and hide it in the bubble beads. The bracelet can be made in other colors by easily replacing the bubble pearls with other pearls of the same size. For example, choose matte pink or pale yellow pearls to add softness to your style, or go for eggplant or dark blue for a bracelet that will pair more easily with a serious, formal outfit. Cut 15 cm of wire. Thread a crush pearl onto the end of the wire, pass the wire through the chain, and pass the end of the wire back through the crush pearl. Next, take a pair of crush bead pliers and flatten the bead while making a notch, then flatten the bead in half.
Put on the first rhinestone bead. It will come on top of everything else. Then thread the transparent beads. The aim of our bracelet is to make a bracelet that's half pearl and half chain. You'll need roughly the same length of chain as pearls. The whole thing should go around your wrist. The last pearl and the clasp will add ease so that the bracelet isn't too tight.
Thread the second rhinestone bead. Cut the chain to the right length, ending on an oval link rather than a beaded one. Close the chain securely. Thread a crush pearl, pass the thread through the spring clasp ring, and pass the thread back through the crush pearl and pearls. Leave just a little slack to flatten the bead. Flatten the bead, then fold it in half.
