This video tutorial shows you how to use cabochon settings with holes. Indeed, you can thread them on a wire to create bracelets, but also, you can pass a ring or a loop to assemble several crimps on a pair of earrings. It will be much easier to assemble the crimps before attaching the cabochons, as you will have more leeway and visibility.
