Start by preparing the 4 charms with spinning tops, for this take a flat head nail and then thread 3 spinning tops of your choice.
Cut the nail leaving several millimeters to form a loop.
Form a loop with a pair of pliers and leave it half open so you can hang it on the earrings.
Then hang all your charms. On the right earring add the letters L and O with open rings, 2 spinning charms and 2 PureCrystal hearts with rings. Repeat on the left earring but add the letters V and E.
