Take your ear stud and place a dot of glue. Then place your rhinestone before the glue dries. Do the same thing for the second stud.
Cut two pieces of chain for each loop. Here 2 and 5 cm.
Open a ring and thread the two pieces of chains. Open a second ring and thread a pendant through it. Close the ring well (if necessary, put a small dot of glue to secure) and thread it into the ring with the chains. Then close the ring well.
Open two more rings and thread two more heart pendants through them. Thread the rings through both ends of the chains and close the rings tightly.
