This easy necklace tutorial will allow you to make a necklace with gemstones cabochons.
Glue the stones in the settings with Diamond Glaze. You don't want to use too much or it will spill out. The stone cabochons are hand cut and may have slightly different sizes and proportions from one stone to another. The stones may not fit perfectly into the settings. If this is the case, apply a little more glue to make it stick better.
Once the glue has dried, connect the crimps together with pretty goldworked rings. Also connect the chain to the last crimp with a ring. Use one of the large oval rings on the chain.
Adjust the length of the chain on your neck, taking into account that the clasp will add about 2.4 cm. Re-cut the chain and connect it to the first crimp. Cut it down the middle to add a ring on each end, then the clasp.
