DIY Multi Row Bracelet for beginners with Heishi and Linhasita

How to make a colored multirang bracelet?

Since I arrived at Perles & Co, my tuto counter was very low: only one tuto in two years! I wanted to try again for the February DIY jewelry collection and I got into the game once more for this DIY jewelry collection.

I wear a lot of black on a daily basis so to add a touch of pizzazz to my outfit, I always opt for colorful jewelry. Green, blue, pink... wearing colorful jewelry brightens up my days.

This multi-row bracelet is very easy, myself being a beginner in jewelry making, I don't venture into complicated creations. In only half an hour, you will get this pretty jewel. As for the colors, I chose pink, orange and purple beads. The mixture balances beautifully with the gold chain. I used Heishi and Miyuki beads. These beads are a basic in jewelry making. I added a letter charm with zircons, but feel free to use any charm you like.

This jewel is part of the"Aux fils du temps" collection, a colorful escape from the gray. This collection features macramé and micro-macramé, so there are decorative DIYs, as well as do-it-yourself jewelry.

If like me, beads tend to escape you, I advise you to use a beading mat! You'll see, it's a life changer! The soft sound of beads bouncing on the floor will be a distant memory.

You like this jewel? For a nice set, go for this pretty pair of dangling earrings with amethyst gemstones made by Karine.

Tutorial steps

Step 1
DIY Multi Row Bracelet for beginners with Heishi and Linhasita : Step 1

Cut a length of Lihnasita thread. It should be enough to go around your wrist five times.
For the first row, use the purple Miyuki Delicas.
Leave a few centimeters of thread empty, then make a double knot so that your beads sit on top of your wrist. Close the row with a knot.

Step 2
DIY Multi Row Bracelet for beginners with Heishi and Linhasita : Step 2

For the second round, leave a few inches of thread empty, then tie a knot.
For this row, I started stringing beads a little earlier, to create an offset
String pink heishi, then some seed beads, purple heishi and finish with seed beads.
Close with a knot

Step 3
DIY Multi Row Bracelet for beginners with Heishi and Linhasita : Step 3

Leave a few inches of space and tie a double knot so that the strand of beads starts in the middle under your wrist.
For this strand, we're going to go all the way around your wrist in beads.
Randomly string the Delicas.

Once you have strung the equivalent of your wrist, tie a double knot.

Step 4

For the fourth row, leave a few centimeters of thread empty, then make a double knot so that your beads are positioned on top of your wrist.

This row is symmetrical, string pink Delicas, three gold seed beads, and five facets then three seed beads and pink Delicas.

Step 5
DIY Multi Row Bracelet for beginners with Heishi and Linhasita : Step 5

For the fifth row, leave a few inches of space and tie a knot so that the bead row starts in the middle under your wrist.
For this row, we will go all the way around your wrist in beads.
Randomly string the three colors of heishis, with a few gold seed beads in between.

Step 6

Place the end of the chain and the wire in a lace clip.
Flatten the clip by folding the sides together.

Cut the chain to the same length as the bracelet and attach the lace clip to the other end.

Step 7
DIY Multi Row Bracelet for beginners with Heishi and Linhasita : Step 7

Add an open ring on one end and secure the clasp with an open ring on the other end.

Step 8

Put an open ring through the charm and close it by taking the wire and chain.

Bonjour.
