Cut between 45 to 50 cm of wired wire, choose the length of wire according to the length you want for your necklace, allowing a little more to facilitate the finishing.

In this jewellery tutorial, we propose you to make a necklace with small mother-of-pearl olives, chains, multicolored Preciosa crystal spinning tops and a T clasp and a blank charm. All the primers in this tutorial are gold filled, which is a manufacturing process of jewellery components made from a thick layer of gold. This is a manufacturing process for jewellery components made from a thicklayer of 12 or 14 K goldmechanically pressedor hot-pressed onto a brass base. The weight of gold corresponds to 1/20 of the total weight of the product, i.e. about 50 to 100 times more than in a gold-plated product. We have chosen to use a small blank charm but any other gold filled charm would have worked or you can choose to make the necklace without a charm.
The technique used here is jewelry mounting, which is one of the basics of jewelry making. We have used a technique that allows you to form a loop on a nail to make small pearl charms.
This tutorial is part of the November 2021 "Starry Treasure" jewellery collection, which is themed around mother of pearl and crystals in a chic holiday dinner setting with friends! However, you can wear this necklace in any other circumstance. You can also imagine it very well this summer with a small low-cut camisole and a long skirt ;)
Cut between 45 to 50 cm of wired wire, choose the length of wire according to the length you want for your necklace, allowing a little more to facilitate the finishing.

Thread your mother-of-pearl olives, on our model we have threaded about 80 for a total length of the necklace of 41 cm. Once all the olives are threaded, you must thread a pearl to crush at the end of your threading leaving about 3-4cm of thread after the pearl to crush. Thread the crush bead, then the wire guard by passing the wire through the first tube of the wire end cap, around the U-shaped semicircle, and out through the second tube. Then pass the wire back through the bead to be crushed. Repeat the step on both sides of the bracelet.

Slide the bead to be crushed into the base of the wire guard, not too tightly so that the beads have some play between them. Flatten it with a pair of flat tongs to hold the wire in place . Then pass the end of the wire back through the beads for a few centimetres. Repeat the step on both sides of the bracelet. Then hook your T-clasp to the wire guard on each side of the necklace. You have the base of the necklace!
Then it's time to add spinners and chains to your creation! Cut several pieces of chain of different lengths to which you will hang rings to attach to the rest of the necklace. You choose the length and location of the elements, ours is just an example! Then, take your nails and your spinning tops, thread the spinning tops of your choice then form small loops with the nails: here is a tuto right here. Once the loops are made, hang them on the necklace or at the end of the chains.
All you have to do is attach your charm to your T-clasp with an open ring if you wish and you're done. All you have to do is celebrate :D
