How to make a heishi bracelet?
The new heishis are here! In addition to those in polymer, ceramic, resin, metal, and most recently those in gemstones, here are now the heishis pearls in mother-of-pearl .
And since there is never enough, we suggest you make a 2 in 1 tutorial to make a bracelet that can also be transformed into a necklace as you wish.
Discover on our site all our references of mother-of-pearl heishis pearls to duplicate this jewel in your favorite colors of heishi pearls and gold filled pearls .
The realization of this jewel does not require any particular technique and can easily be done by a beginner, so there is no reason not to start.
So let's go !
The stages :
Step 1 : Go around your wrist about 3 times with the elastic thread and allow a margin to tie the knot.
Step 2 : Thread the beads at random, alternating heishi mother-of-pearl beads and gold filled beads. Just be sure to place the curved tube in the center of your jewelry.
Step 3 : Once all the beads are threaded in the order that suits you, close your assembly using a surgeon's knot for more strength.
For a helping hand on making the knot, go to the technical sheet: How to make a surgeon's knot with elastic thread?
Now that your bracelet is finished, all you have to do is put it on. Cross your bracelet several times around your wrist to get your mother-of-pearl heishis pearl multirow bracelets.
And to vary, put it around your neck.
