Step 1:
Start by taking 3 pieces of cord, each about 12 cm long.
Make a braid and attach Masking Tape to the ends to make it easier to attach the glue ends.
Adjust the length of the braid to the length of the fringe pendant.

Step 2:
Apply a dot of E-6000 or 2-component epoxy glue to the ends of the braid and attach the end caps.

Step 3:
Using a needle, weave a brick stitch along the braid.
Insert the needle into the braid, thread 2 beads, insert the needle back into the braid and thread the needle through the last bead.
Continue like this, threading the beads 1 at a time.

Weave about 6 rows of brick stitch and finish with bangs, adding pieces of warp at the ends.
Step 4:
Pass a round-headed nail through the hole in the fringe pendant and form a loop at the end.
For further instructions on how to make a loop, click on this link: Forming a loop on a nail.

Step 5:
Sew the fringe pendant to the back of the braid.

Step 6:
Cut 2 pieces of chain, each about 15 cm long.
Then connect all the elements together using open rings.

For a pretty finish, you can add a pompom to the clasp and small charms made with flat-headed nails and Miyuki to the chain.
