Cut a piece of thread the size of your wrist, adding between 5 and 8cm. Crush beads will be much easier to insert if you remove one of the threads from your embroidery thread.
String the beads to represent your message. Here it's the word LOVE, so L=12, O=15, V=22, E=5. Then string the beads to be crushed.
If you only have one thread, thread a final bead onto one of the ends, then use your needle to thread the other end through the bead too. If you have more wires, you'll need to use a bead with a larger hole.
Tie a knot with the two wires.
