How to weave a peyote camellia with Miyuki pearls?
As part of the Favorite Blossom contest, there were many entries. Among the weavings proposed, Marine, aka @hellocestmarine , designed and woven a camellia. On its website, Hello is Marine also offers other models: small cats to weave Delicas, and even a dog !
Are you new to Miyuki Delicas pearl weaving? You can, to help you, consult our data sheets on pearls weaves .
You can also customize the weaving of this camellia with your favorite colors, choosing from our wide range of Miyuki 11/0 , more than 1000 references!
Thank you Marine for sharing this grid.
There are different techniques of peyote weaving, including even and odd peyote. The odd and even peyote is distinguished from the number of pearls in the width of the pattern.
This camellia is made of peyote pair, you can consult our sheet dedicated to this technique.
Marine advises to start with the two largest rows of the flower, then up, and finally down. If you ever prefer to weave this pattern with the brickstitch technique , it's quite possible.
We advise you to use a beaded carpet to prevent your beads from dispersing.
Weave this camellia using the diagram and color palette above and tuck all the threads into the beads to hide them. The final pattern is 8,6 X 8,1 cm, you can place it in a frame, or on a magnet, but we advise you to rigidify it beforehand, with the help of varnish Fimo satin matt water-based .
Use this grid and palette to make this beautiful weave:

Your weaving is finished! So, we hang on the wall or we make a furniture deco?
