We have said it many times: dried flowers are back on the scene. Far from the dull and outdated bouquets seen at our grandmothers, dried flowers are shaking up the codes to magnify our interior. We can now enjoy a decorative bell, an airy suspension or a mirror with bucolic accents.
But the use of dried natural flowers is not limited to decorative objects and accessories. DIY costume jewelry is also adorned with petals and foliage to give us their most beautiful assets.
And since each flower is unique, each creation will be unique, so bring a country feel to your next look!
How to make jewelry with dried flowers? Here's a practical sheet that offers you some ideas for creation. Get inspired!
Resinating a dried flower is the best way to preserve its beauty and color.
There are different silicone molds to make inclusions and satisfy your desires for DIY creations. Make a ball pendant with a phalaris flower encased in resin, a wooden pendant with real dried flowers, or a spike pendant with different plants and golden leaves.
To create a custom pendant, use a round cabochon mold. Cast your resin and add dried flowers with glitter, microbeads, resin elements, acrylic paint, dyes... Anything you like. Have fun!
Glue your creation on a support with a little jewelry glue or drill it with a hand chuck or the Dremel. Then all you have to do is add a pendant and chain for a timeless flower necklace.
Unless you prefer to wear your pendant in earrings, and then you'll need ear hooks.

Go for pretty earrings made with stabilized and dried flowers. Several methods are possible to create DIY flower earrings: resinate dried flowers without a mold, use a mold for rings (or any other form of mold) or attach your little flowers to polymer clay.
A touch of vintage, a touch of bohemian chic, these earrings are customizable to your liking. Choose the color of your flowers, choose the metal of your primers, choose the shape of your earrings ... Everything is possible! You just have to let your creativity guide you!
Pretty and colorful, dried flowers are available in all sizes... even the smallest! Ideal to slip one of them into a set spacer. Simply add a few drops of liquid resin and create a refined and elegant flower ring.
And since nature never does the same thing twice, using real flowers, dried and pressed, makes your jewelry unique and original.
Dried flowers allow you to make original jewelry with an infinite number of versions. Simply choose a ring-shaped mold, fill it halfway with resin, then gently arrange your petals, leaves and dried flowers with a pair of pliers. Push out as many bubbles as possible, then fill your mold again with resin, but all the way to the top this time.
Dare to wear them on your wrist by making a bracelet with plant inclusions or a rush bracelet encrusted with multicolored flowers.
As a gift or to treat yourself, these flower bracelets are super easy to make. The hardest part is to wait for the 3-4 days of setting time before proceeding to the finishing and to be able (finally!) to wear them! Patience, patience... it's worth it!
