Double the wire.

The Larks Head knot is very easy to make.
Very useful with hollow pendants.
Material and advice:
You may use many types of threads: leather, wax cotton, rattail cord, soutache...
In the example below we have used European braided cotton 3mm Turquoise.
A hollow pendant, here a Helios 6040 40mm pendant Crystal Bronze Shade.
Step 1:
Double the thread.
Step 2:
Pass the doubled thread through the pendant.
Step 3:
Pass both ends of the thread through the loop.
Step 4:
Pull the ends of the thread to tighten the knot.
See the back of the knot.
Now see the front of the knot.

Double the wire.

Pass the loop of the wire through the recessed part of the pendant.

Pass both ends of the wire through the loop of the wire.

Pull on both ends of the thread to tighten the knot.
This is the back knot.

And here he is from the front.
