This clay is softer and easier to work with, making it ideal for introducing your children to Fimo clay and sparking their creativity. They can have fun mixing the colors together to create new ones. This modeling clay for children can be mixed with all other clays in the Fimo line: Soft, Professional, or Effect. Use modeling tools to shape and form your creations. At what age can children start using Fimo Kids clay?Fimo Kids is intended for children ages 8 and up (always under adult supervision during baking). However, a 5-year-old can use it with adult assistance during the baking process.
Instructions for using Fimo Kids clay:
1) Work on a tile surface or a silicone mat.
2) Place your creations on a tile, glass, or metal baking sheet to bake.
3) When the oven reaches 110°, bake your creations for 30 minutes.
4) Remove your creations from the baking sheet and let them cool.
5) Leave the oven door and window open to let the heat escape.
