The Pearl range from Cernit is a polymer clay containing lots of sparkling particles. Let yourself be seduced by its pearly appearance on your canes, costume jewelry or DIY accessories.
Less well-known than Fimo clay, Cernit polymer clay has many advantages. It's highly flexible, malleable, shiny and very pleasant to work with. It doesn't stick to your fingers, doesn't stain, and is odorless.
Cernit clay retains its flexibility after firing. So you can work on finishes: sculpting, sanding, painting, varnishing or resining their surfaces with two-component resin or UV Led resin.
What can I do with Cernit clay? You can make a pair of earrings using the Mica-shift technique, ora pendant using the mokumé technique.
How to store opened Cernit clay:
We advise you to store your Cernit clay at room temperature in crystal paper, then in an airtight box. Be careful not to put Cernit clay in contact with PVC, polystyrene or expanded polystyrene.
Discover a wide range of colors on our site, and have fun mixing them together to create new ones. Note that they can be mixed with other Cernit clay products. Working with them in gradients will give you magnificent results.
Cernit or Fimo?
It all depends on the desired effect! Fimo will be used for its opacity, Cernit clay for its shine.
