Perles trop irrégulières qui varient de 3 à 5 mn. Difficile d'obtenir un rendu correct. Je suis assez déçue.

Bonjour,

Je suis navrée que vous soyez déçue du produit. Effectivement comme dit précédemment dans l'avis en 2020, ces pierres sont taillées artisanalement et cela entraine des irrégularités. On peut d'ailleurs le remarquer sur la photo.

Les perles varient de 5 à 6 mm de largeur. En revanche, si vous avez eu du 3 mm ce n'est pas normal. Je vous invite à contacter notre service client à l'aide de photo pour que l'on puisse vous renvoyer un stock correct.

Décue, plutôt 3/4 mm que 5 mm et beaucoup d'irrégularité, difficilement exploitable pour un jolie rendu.
