How to create freshwater pearl earrings with a crystal?
Perhaps you've already started reproducing our tutorials from the Winter Ball collection, but if not, it's time to take a closer look. The holidays are coming and time is running out! Enter the world of crystals and pearly beads to shine brightly this year-end.
After Margaux's pearly pearl necklace and Tiffanie's bow-tie earrings, it's Carla's turn to offer you dangling earrings with freshwater pearls and PureCrystal drops. The tutorial is at an intermediate level, but if you're a beginner it's entirely possible to create these earrings by carefully following the steps and using a gold-plated stainless steel beaded chain, which you'll find in the material variations at the bottom of the page. To reproduce them is very simple, you'll need 16x17mm gold-plated stainless steel stud earrings,13x6.5 mm PureCrystal Crystal Golden Shadow drops and 0.4 mm gold-plated stainless steel round flexible wire.
Carla has used golden tones and a clear PureCrystal drop, but you can totally personalize the jewel with a silver version, for example. For the most creative souls, you can create a range of earrings in different colors, simply by changing the drop. And why not slip them under the Christmas tree as a gift? You can also choose to create these earrings for yourself to bring a vintage chic style to your outfits.
For the holidays, you can wear these earrings with a pretty black or sequined dress to highlight the elegance and beauty of the pearly pearls and PureCrystal drop. With this pretty jewel, you're sure to stand out from the crowd. All eyes will be on you!
We can't wait to see your creations! Feel free to send us photos of your earrings and share them on Facebook and Instagram by tagging Perles & Co or using #perlesandco!
