Grigri jewelry is here to stay! That's why we've made it our theme for the December DIY jewelry collection "L'étincelle". Between bling bling and softness, subdued light and a disco ball, this collection of DIY jewelry is sure to please. What is grigri jewelry? It's theaccumulation or stacking of jewelry and charms with gemstones, evil eyes and other good luck charms for a chic look that's the opposite of minimalism!
Make a DIY cotton thread bracelet easily with pretty silver charms. Want to match your other half? If so, we've prepared a men's or mixed bracelet that will go perfectly with yours. For a slender version, use the cord as it is, and for a more imposing version, like us, choose to braid several strands so you can easily hang your charms.
And if blue doesn't suit you, take a look at our range of 2 mm cotton braided cords with light metallic threads: red, green, blue, grey or coral. You're sure to fall for one of the 32 colors available- the hardest part is choosing, of course.
So, ready to make this easy DIY jewel? Let's go!
Divide your cord into 3 to cut 3 equal pieces of cord.
Make a braid with the 3 cords. For ease of use, you can tape the top of the cords to a table, then braid them.
Take the ethnic metal tip and add Hasulith glue to the inside. Be careful not to apply too much glue, or the glue will overflow. Then insert the braid inside the first tip. Do the same on the other side, then leave to dry overnight.
Next, add the charms. To do this, open the rings and hang the different charms. The heart in the middle, then an oval charm on either side, and finally the moon and eye charms. And there you have it!
