Thread the irregular bead on a flat-headed nail. Cut the nail leaving about 1 cm. Bend the nail with pliers at a right angle. Then wrap the stem around the round ends in the opposite direction of the right angle to form a round ring.
Then simply assemble the ring with your ear nail and your pearl.
