Pearly beads and freshwater pearls in irregular shapes have been a staple of recent years. They're back with a vengeance, with their vintage, classic feel for a slightly preppy look. Whereas in the past, these beads had to be perfect, round and identical, today imperfections and more organic shapes are preferred. PureCrystal Create Your Style, a manufacturer of crystals and pearls for costume jewelry, has decided to offer one of their range of pearly crystal imitation freshwater pearls in other irregular pearl shapes. Here's an example of the earrings you can make with these beads.
Pair them with earstuds in the same baroque style for vintage earrings, or string them on chains to create dangling earrings. You can add a little more whimsy to your earrings by choosing a less classic color of beads.
Need some advice on how to match these earrings to your outfit? For autumn, we recommend a plain white, cream or terracotta blouse, with a camel blazer, a pastel sweater or a sailboat. For summer, a light-colored or black dress, a simple linen tunic, or a colorful wax top. Of course, these are just ideas - we'd love to see you wearing our earrings, so feel free to share your creativity and tag us on social networks!

Bend the nails at the base of the hole at 90°.

Use round-nose pliers to form a loop in the opposite direction to the fold.

Before closing the loop, slip the stud ring into it.
