Phalanx rings have been around since Roman times (yes, they have!) and they're back with a vengeance! Worn in an accumulation on the first and second phalanges, they give a chic, bohemian style!
To make these pretty little rings, you'll need a few basic tools: wire cutters, round-nose pliers, two flat-nose pliers and E6000-type strong glue.
