How to make earrings with freshwater pearls ?
Make pretty creoles with real freshwater pearls and a golden shell sequin. These elegant and summer earrings will follow you during your holidays or weekends at the edge of the water. Freshwater pearls will bring freshness to your look. It is a very easy DIY that requires very little material, so perfect to start! All you need is a set of jewelry clips .
The freshwater pearls also called Freswater pearls in English are created thanks to a kind of freshwater mussel whose culture is much easier and more prolific than that of sea oysters. The technique used is also different and gives shapes and textures of various pearls. These irregularities are also what gives them all their charm.
Each pearl being unique, no earrings will be alike. They will all be original!

Step 1 :
Open the creole by sliding the metal rod out of the tube. Put jewelery glue on one-third of the creole stem, keeping it centered on the clip. Thread the beads by rotating them and place them on the glue then wait until the glue is dry.
2nd step :
In the meantime, put on another freshwater pearl than a ball head nail. Cut the nail about 8 mm from the bead and make a loop with round pliers. To do this bend the nail at 90 ° at the bead then catch the end with the round pliers and roll in the opposite direction of the fold so as to form a loop. Close the loop on the sequin hole. Pay attention to the meaning of the sequin.
Step 3:
Once the glue dries, replace the rod in the tube and crush the tube so that the stem will come out less easily.
Step 4:
Open an ear hook by rotating the opening of the ring and pass the sequin and the hole from the top of the creole. Then close the ear hook so that there is no more space in the ring otherwise your sequin or creole might fall off the hook. You can add a tip of jewelry glue on the opening to be sure.
