Cut a finger's length of Gold Filled thread and wrap it around the creole to the middle.
This month, Perles and Co's Gold Filled (rolled gold) jewelry is shining brightly! And where to find supplies for gold-plated and Gold Filled jewelry? From us, of course!
After offering you a cute half-bracelet in Gold Filled and imitation hematite blue pearls, or the flower earrings in Gold Filled and PureCrystal rhinestones, we've dared to stack our jewelry with a Gold Filled necklace and gold-plated ethnic earrings with a pretty Miyuki cabochon.
How to perfect your look? Don't you see? How about some pretty creoles?
Gold-filled 14 K (585 thousandths) hoop earrings, wire and a mother-of-pearl charm are all you need! You can wear your jewelry with a loose wool sweater and your hair up in a messy bun - a look we love!
We're going to use the wire-wrapping technique, but you can also take a look at our "How to letter in Gold Filled " data sheet, which will give you a few tips on how to get started without damaging the wire.
We also recommend using these pliers for optimum results:
Cut a finger's length of Gold Filled thread and wrap it around the creole to the middle.
Thread your mother-of-pearl charm onto the creole, then repeat step 1.
Use the pliers for a nice finish and to press the end of the thread firmly to the creole so as not to injure yourself.
Repeat the operation with the seconce créole!
