How to make a ring with glass beads and PureCrystal crystals?

Rosa Incoronata aka Reje Soutache had the pleasure of testing the sublime Czech glass beads from Perles and Co's very first collection. The star-shaped Star Beads will enable you to create unique jewelry and accessories. Follow Rosa's step-by-step guide to weaving a beautiful ring with Star Beads and Swarosvki crystals.

Step 1:
Thread 5 Star Beads interspersed with 5 PureCrystal bicones.

Step 2:
Close the circle loop.

Step 3:
Here's the bead layout for the first spin.

Step 4:
Between each Star Beads, insert on the needle a Toho Hematite Metallic 8/0 seed bead, 2 Superduo jet beads and a Toho Hematite Metallic 8/0 seed bead, then insert the needle into the top hole of the next Star Beads.

Step 5:
Finish the entire round and pull the thread through to give the piece a 3D effect...

Step 6:
From a hole in a Star Beads bead, insert three Toho Hematite Metallic 11/0 Seed beads and insert the needle into the top hole of one of the SuperDuo jets.

Step 7:
Between the two SuperDuo jets, insert 1 SuperDuo Crystal Silver Rainbow.

Step 8:
Insert three more Toho Hematite Metallic seed beads and insert the needle into the top hole of the next Star Beads.

Step 9:
Complete the trick while keeping the thread taut to maintain the 3D effect.

Step 10:

Set the rivoli with 11/0 silver Miyuki Seed beads and add 15/0 on the last row of each side. Learn how to set a cabochon by following this tutorial: Ida earrings with Amos®, Tinos®, Arcos® glass beads and cabochons by Puca®.

Anchor and sew the rivoli setting to the back of the piece created earlier.

Step 12:
Turning your creation right side out, here's the result. 3D effect and luminosity guaranteed.

Step 13:
Using a little glue, attach the ring base to the back.

Your ring is now complete!
