Take a small quantity of green dough and roll it out with a rolling pin or in the pastry machine. Place the small plate on the sheet mould, closing it with a light press.

Two cookie cutters are supplied with the mold, so you can cut your dough into leaf shapes. Make several cuts to obtain a smaller leaf than the one suggested by the cookie cutter. Make 2 roughly similar sheets.

Scrape a dry pastel of a darker green color than the paste with a blade, and brush this powder onto the surface of the leaves to give them a little light.

Take 2 bars of cherry-red Fimo, on one of which add a tiny bit of black paste to obtain a slightly darker color. Make a plate of each color, and cut 2 circles from each with a 3 cm cookie cutter.

Fold each round on itself, then roll it into a ball in the palm of your hand. Pierce all the balls, making an indentation at the top with a round-tipped object, then press down with a pick to mark the dough with a line, the middle of which would be the ball hole. Pierce your leaves too.

Bake your pearls and leaves at 120 degrees for 30 minutes. Lightly sand the surface to avoid fingerprints.

Varnish all your balls to give them a more gourmand appearance and reveal the colors. Don't touch the leaves, as working with pastels gives them a natural look that would be spoiled by varnish, which would give them a plastic finish.

Take four flat-headed nails, pass them through each of the balls, cut the length of the shank to 4.5 cm then, using round-tipped pliers, form a loop at each end.

Pass 2 stems with the balls through a ring, and thread another ring through the hole in each leaf. The leaf ring should attach to the hole in the earring holder, and should also hold the cherry ring.
