DIY peyote weave necklace with 2-hole synthetic beads Ovale Carrier and Miyuki Delicas

Weave a first strip of Miyuki Delica beads using the peyote technique. Continue until you have the woven strip you need to cover your pearls. Before closing the peyote weave around the synthetic beads, apply a dot of glue to prevent your work from slipping.

Wrap your synthetic beads in your weave and bring the edges together, then zip up by zigzagging your thread through the beads.

To block your work once you've zipped the weave, iron in the edge beads in a zigzag pattern, this will prevent the weave from unravelling.

(optional):
Decorate the edges of your beads with 15 seed beads, thread 3 seed beads onto your thread and iron into the edge beads.

Choose the order in which to string your beads.

Take two good lengths of wire, insert two of the ends into the wire cover (Ref. 3.5mm) and tighten with pliers.

String alternating 6mm black and gold faceted beads onto the two wires strung together.

Thread a 4mm facet bead, then separate the 2 wires by threading 2 miuiki11 beads and 2 4mm facet beads onto each wire.
Then thread the top wire alternately through the top hole of the synthetic beads and a 4mm facet bead. With the bottom thread, you'll thread alternating synthetic beads and a 6mm faceted bead through the bottom hole.
Once all your beads have been threaded, do the same as for the first side (2x 2 faceted 4mm beads, 2x 2 Miyuki Delicas, 1 faceted 4mm bead and alternating 6mm beads).
Close the necklace with a thread cover and attach the clasp of your choice.
