How to make a flower bead bracelet?
Looking for a quick and easy DIY jewelry piece for this summer? You've come to the right place! I suggest you make a pearl bracelet with a cheerful floral touch in just a few minutes. It's the ideal DIY project for beginners in costume jewelry design, since it involves simply stringing pearls onto nylon thread. In just three easy steps, you'll be able to create a unique floral bracelet.
In this tutorial, I used mother-of-pearl daisy pearls alternated with freshwater pearls. Their pearly color and iridescent effect are very trendy. I used flower pearls with a heart of a different color for a multicolored effect. But you can opt for a single color or mix two colors together.
To close this daisy bracelet, I used a buoy clasp. Very practical, it already has two closed rings on each side. So you won't need to add an extra ring to hang the bracelet. Not a fan of the spring clasp design? You can also choose another type of clasp to suit your inspiration.
The clasp has been attached to the wire with crush beads using crush bead pliers. But, if you don't have such pliers at home, a flat nylon-tipped pliers will do the trick. I then hid the crush beads in crush bead covers for a pretty finish. Very easy to use, the pearl covers are hollow pearls, almost cut in half, which are closed over the pearl to be crushed. The result gives the impression of having added round pearls to the bracelet . Take a look at our technical sheet to learn how to use a crushable pearl cover.
