In this tutorial we will learn how to make an ethnic style cuff bracelet . Thanks to the use of polymer clay and a silk screen, you will be able to print geometric patterns and bring an ethnic touch to this cuff.
In this DIY, you will discover the use of a silk screen that allows you to print a fine pattern without burrs. These leaves are very thin (hence their name: silk) and very pleasant to work. Like a stencil, the silk screen can print a pattern on the polymer clay. You will find a large selection of silk screen with a multitude of patterns (floral, ethnic, geometric, nature, japan, etc.).
Simple and elegant, this cuff bracelet will accompany both your evening wear and your everyday clothes.
STEP 1
Take 4 bars of black dough, make a plate by passing them to the middle notch of the dough machine. Position your silk-screen on it and pass the roller to optimize adhesion.

2ND STEP
Take several colors of acrylic paints and with a brush apply them following the different friezes of the stencil. Do not wait to clean your silk screen under hot soapy water with delicacy.

STEP 3
Let dry and then cut in length a 3 cm wide band.

STEP 4
Take 2 bars of extra dough, pass them to the same notch as for the previous plate. Cut this plate in 2 and position your ends at the ends of your band 3 cm wide. Place baking paper over the polymer and then with a smooth card make small circular motions to erase your dough fittings. Cut the excess dough over the width.

STEP 5
Place your plate in the center of the brass bracelet. Cut the excess dough in length. Pass the roller to adhere well. Cook on the bracelet at 110 degrees for 30 minutes. You must varnish your polymer to protect your design. Pass a very thin first layer and then 10 minutes later a second equally fine. Remove your polymer from the bracelet once dry and then stick it.

Your bracelet is finished! You can quite make this tutorial with other ink colors. Feel free to send us your version of the tutorial on our Facebook page or to "hashtag" us on instagram with #perlesandco!
