Attention ! fil de belle couleur, mais de qualité médiocre , présentant de nombreuses irrégularités dans le diamètre et la tenue ....

Bonjour,

Nous sommes désolés pour ce désagrément. Nous avons contrôlé le stock et n'avons pas constaté de problème (en tout cas extérieurement, sans dérouler les bobines). Serait-il possible d'envoyer des photos du cordon défectueux à [email protected] afin de faire une réclamation à notre fournisseur svp ?
