Je suis déçue par cette chaine je vous ai commande à 2 reprises au mois d aout et septembre et sans la porter la chaîne s'est mis à rosir

Bonjour,

La base de cette chaîne est en cuivre. Il est normal que la finition devienne rosée quand le produit est exposé à la lumière.
Vous pouvez essayer de nettoyer la chaîne avec un tissu de nettoyage (OUT-210).
