Miyuki Elastic Beading Cord 0.3 - 0.5 mm

Elastic thread for bead weaving.
This thread is ideal for weaving with Miyuki 11/0.
This thread passes perfectly through a slotted needle.

The tensile strength of this wire is not very high, so it is advisable not to exert too much tension, as there is a risk of breakage.

Bonjour, oui, vous pouvez utiliser ce fil pour faire des bracelets élastiques avec des delica 11/0.

Je confirme les avis précédents, 3 tentatives de bracelets avec ce fil, les 3 ont cassé au moment de mon noeud chirurgien.
Aucune utilité donc ...

Bonjour, ce fil ne doit pas supporter une tension trop important. Je vous conseille de ne pas utiliser de perles métaliques pouvant endommager le fil et de ne pas trop serrer votre création.

Ce fil casse dès la première ou seconde utilisation du bracelet ! Solide quand on l’étire, mais inutilisable avec des perles. Je l’ai doublé à ma troisième tentative, mais le résultat est identique. Vraiment très déçue

Nous venons de faire remonter l'information à Miyuki. Il nous informe que la résistance à la tension de ce fil n'est pas très élevée, il est recommandé de ne pas exercer une tension trop importante, sous risque de rupture.

Fil très agréable, parfait pour les perles Miyuki mais il CASSE, donc totalement INUTILE. Il n’est vraiment pas solide.
Je le déconseille très fortement

Bonjour Élise,

Le fil est très fin donc plus fragile qu'un fil plus gros. Je viens de le tester et je n'ai pas décelé de défaut de fabrication en tirant dessus. Je le trouve très extensible. Pour pallier ce problème de fragilité je conseille de doubler le fil dans les perles. En l'étirant ou en utilisant une aiguille, il peut passer deux fois dans les delicas 11/0.

mitigée, en faisant le nœud du chirurgien comme indiqué dans vos tutos, le fil glisse ou casse. du coup je cherche autre chose.
Sinon passe facilement dans de miyuki et même doublé.
