Vega 3-strand polyesteryarn size 40, color Brown (n°830).
High-quality thread: strong, smooth and resistant to twisting. Specially designed for all your needlework needs, including frivolity and crochet.
This polyester thread is very strong and shiny, and gives jewelry a hold unlike Lizbeth cotton or any other cotton (unless you harden them).
Polyester thread eliminates the need for hardening.
It is more difficult to work with than cotton, and therefore more suitable for the more experienced.
Needle tip: use a n°8 needle with this thread.

Turn it away from its original purpose and use it for string art. This technique involves stretching and connecting threads between nails!
Have fun creating shapes, words or even phrases just by criss-crossing thread.
Prepare a string art pattern on paper, then tape it to the wooden frame.
Hammer the nails into the marks on the pattern, then start weaving. Which thread for string art? The possibilities are endless! You can use hemp thread, natural fiber thread, cotton thread or even wool. Have fun combining different colors on your string art model!
