Learn how to create two micro macramé bracelets with charms, using two essential techniques: the overhand knot and the spiral knot. This tutorial was created by our partner designer Anne, aka Tat'Anne, and guides you through the creation of adjustable bracelets in blue Linhasita 0.75mm waxed thread, embellished with carefully chosen gold-plated stainless steel charms. A great way to get started with micro macramé or enrich your knotting techniques.
The spiral knot bracelet features helical braiding that gives the cord a highly recognizable twisted effect. The result is light and dynamic, enhanced here by two charms: a round UV-printed cherry motif charm, and a rectangular imitation Carnelian charm. A playful, colorful ensemble.
The flat knot bracelet is more structured, offering a flat, even finish that highlights the charms. Here, it's adorned with a golden heart charm set with stainless steel rhinestones and a rectangular rose quartz charm. The result is softer and more delicate.
Both bracelets share the same finish: an adjustable sliding knot that makes it easy to adjust the size of the wrist. A practical solution that avoids conventional fastenings and is suitable for all wrists. These tutorials are designed for beginners who want to discover the basics of micro macramé, as well as for those who want to improve their knowledge of basic knots. By mastering the overhand knot and the spiral knot, you'll lay the foundations for a wide range of creations: bracelets, necklaces, anklets and much more. Two techniques, two moods, one common thread: the pleasure of creating!
