How to weave Sawrovski cabochon earrings?

The holidays are approaching and we're dressing up in our finest finery. How about DIY earrings for PureCrystal cabochon earrings? That's what Annick aka Les perles de Puca® suggests in this step-by-step guide. Assemble and weave your DIY earrings with PureCrystal crystals in just a few steps.

Here are the abbreviations used in the step-by-step:

• Strass mesh: SM,
• Miyuki Délica 0/10: DB10,
• Seed beads 15/0: R15,
• Seed beads 11/0: R11,
• Bugles 3mm: B3

Step 1:
Glue your rhinestone to the earring holder.

Step 2:
Place yourself in a hole in the holder by passing underneath, put in 1 DB10, pass back through the same DB10 and the hole.

Step 3:
Come into the next hole still passing underneath.

Step 4:
Place the DB10s as in step 2.

Step 5:
Turn the support over and tie a double knot.

Step 6:
Find your work, place yourself in the DB 10, and place 1 R15, 1SM, 1 R15.

Step 7:
Go around like this. Place yourself in R15 (red arrow).

Step 8:
Between the R15s, place 1 R15 and go around like this.

Step 9:
You get this.

Step 10:
Turn your work over and place 1 Bugle between the top SM holes.

Step 11:
Go around like this.

Step 12:
Place yourself in the bugle.

Step 13:
Place 1 bugle on the existing bugle.

Step 14:
Place 1 R15 , 1 Bugle.

Step 15:
Place in next bugle and do as step 13.

Step 16:
Place the top bugle.

Step 17:
Continue in this manner. Pass through all the top bugles, squeezing to set. Then come to the front in DB 10.

Step 18:
Place 2 R15 between DB10 and SM bottom hole, then the same on the other side. Work your way around.

Step 19:
Place 3 R15s between the two R15s above the SM.

Step 20:
Place 1 R11 between the first R15 etc...

Step 21:
You get this. Tighten slightly and close your wire. Now you just need to make the second earring.
