How to weave glass beads by Puca® around a perforated multirange interlayer?

Jewelery designer Puca offers you a new free tutorial to make this ethnicCheyenne pendant . She worked on weaving of her Arcos® and Minos® glass beads around a plexigas mutlirang interlayer . Challenge met with brio!

Here are the abbreviations used in the step by step:

• R15: seed bead 15/0
• R11: seed bead 11/0

STEP 1

Thread the interlayer and 1 R15, then iron in your interlayer.

2ND STEP

Thread 1 R15 and go back in your interlayer as well as in the R15.

STEP 3

We get this result.

STEP 4

Thread loop 3 R15 in the R15.

STEP 5

We get this result.

STEP 6

Flip your piece. For reference, the back corresponds to the place where is your starting thread (2 threads).

STEP 7

Repeat step 4, place 3 R15.

STEP 8

Pass on top in the R15 from the departure and go back underneath in the R15.

STEP 9

So we are positioned below. Thread 3 R15 into the next hole.

STEP 10

Thread 1 R15 as in step 1 and continue with steps 1 through 9. Do this all the way around.

We get this result. Then go to the central R15.

STEP 14

Put on 1 Arcos, 1 R15, 1 Minos, 1 R15. Pass in the second hole of the Arcos then in the next Central R15.

STEP 15

Put on 1 Minos then go to the next R15 Central. Repeat steps 14 and 15 alternately.

STEP 16

We get this result. Place yourself in the Arcos and place your mounting ring.

STEP 17

Thread 1 R11.

STEP 18

Go under the circle, go back in the R11 and Arcos and the central R15 below (back of work).

STEP 19

Thread a Bugle bead between the central R15s (red dots).

STEP 20

Climb back into Arcos and put on 1 R11.

STEP 21

Pass in the R15, Minos and R15, then in the Arcos and repeat steps 17 to 21. Do the trick.

STEP 22

We get this result.

STEP 23

All you have to do is put your charms with a ring and put on your cord.
