How to make a pearl weave bracelet?

Our super customer Nadine Cresset is never short of ideas! She's sharing her first tutorial with you. In this video, you'll learn step-by-step how to make a weave of pearls that you can slip onto a rush. Weave a strip of seed beads with needles and insert it on a rush bracelet by unscrewing one of the balls at the end. The idea of this creation is to be able to create several weavings while always keeping the same rush bracelet. The price of the basket may seem rather expensive, but in reality, you only need one rush for a multitude of bracelets.

So you can create as many weaves as you like, changing patterns and colors and wearing a new bracelet every day. In this tutorial, Nadine suggests a colorful combination for this summer with blue, yellow, red, salmon and coral. But you can choose any color you like, as we have a wide selection of Rocailles 15/0 on the site.

If you reproduce this tutorial, don't hesitate to share it with us on social networks with #perlesandco or by mentioning us with @perlesandco on your publication. We love to see your creations, and we're sure Nadine would also be delighted to see the variations you've imagined with her tutorial.

Tutorial steps

Step 1

Finish the sleeve after making the last loop: to be on the safe side, run the thread up the band of golden pearls for a few rows. Then stop the thread by tying a surgeon's knot and passing the tail of the thread through the surrounding beads before cutting. Of course, both ends of the sleeve must remain open to allow the bangle to slide through.
