How to customize hoops with pearl weaving?

If the special bracelets for weaving or laces already existed, the hoops were still missing. These wide and flat hoops with edges will highlight your pearl weaving. If you drop them, thanks to the edges on the sides your weaving of Miyuki delicas beads, which, remember, are made of glass, will remain intact. You can of course put a lace, or a weaving of threads for Brazilian bracelets , if you are not too pearl.

You can glue on these creoles a peyote weave in 11/0 delicas 4 to 5 beads wide. They are available in gold and silver and with a diameter of 40 mm and 35 mm. The width of the surface to be decorated does not change from one diameter to another. We have put all these earrings for you in the material list at the bottom of the page as well as silver or gold Miyuki beads of your choice. The hoops in the photos are 40 mm.

Miyuki weaving grid for hoops

1. Cut 1.7 m of weaving thread and thread it on a needle. Thread the first 5 beads of row 2 and 3.
2. Thread the first bead of row 4 and go through the last bead of row 3.
3. Thread the second bead from row 4 and go through the first bead from row 3.
4. Thread the third and last bead of row 4 and go through the first bead of row 2 from the outside of the weaving. Then thread the first bead of row 1 and go through the second bead of row 2. Thread the second bead of row 1 and go through the last bead of row 2.
5. Go to row 4 to weave row 5 by filling in the spaces. Continue to weave row 6 following the same logic.
6. For the last bead, go through the last bead of row 5 from the outside. Turn around in the beads below to replace yourself in the right direction in the last bead of row 6 to weave row 7.
7. Repeat the previous steps following the diagram until you have enough length to cover the hoop.
8. To stop the thread / change the thread, Wedge the thread in the beads by making diagonals of 2 or 3 beads, 3 times. Cut off the excess thread and pinch the new thread in the same way before picking up where you left off.
9. Once the necessary weaving length has been reached, put jewelry glue in the center of the surface of the hoop to be covered and apply the weave on it starting from one end. Distribute the weave well and wait for the glue to dry.
