Find below a free Miyuki weaving grid with ocean or coral pattern . This bracelet is made in odd Peyote weaving with a large part of the pearls from the ?Indian Summer? assortment in limited edition.
If you don't know the odd peyote weaving technique, this is a bead weaving technique that doesn't use a loom ! You will just need a very fine weaving needle and strong weaving thread. However, this weaving grid is not compatible for loom weaving because the beads are not aligned in the same way. Watch our Odd Peyote weave video to learn how to use this technique.
This bracelet is a weave of 13 rows of pearls in its width and is compatible with the exclusive Perles and Co weaving tips. These tips allow you to finish your weaving to a point and give a more finished look to your creations. In this tutorial we use a new model with star cutouts. You can also use the 18 mm bohemian style weaving tip .
For the rest of the tutorial we will assume that you know how to weave in odd Peyote. If not, practice with the video linked above.
Free weaving chart for Miyuki Delicas 11/0 beads :

Step 1 :
Weave the bracelet starting from anywhere on the diagram outside the ends that you will weave at the very end. This diagram requires a little concentration compared to geometric diagrams. We advise you to print the grid and to tick off the beads threaded as you go with a pencil. We suggest you for nicer finishes to weave the braclet with turquoise thread and you will connect the ends to the bracelet with a golden thread. If you are used to fireline fishing line, you can also use this line. Check the length of the bracelet as you go and adjust the diagram by crossing out the extra beads if the bracelet is too long.
2nd step :
Once the weaving is finished, switch to the golden or gray thread if you took a silver tip. Wedge it in the weave and place yourself in the bead in the center at the end of the weave. Pass the thread around the bar of the tip and return to the bead on the same side. Fix the bead in the same way on the other side also then come out in the juxtaposed bead and make a half turn in the beads below to come out in the third bead against the edge from the center. Attach it to the mouthpiece. Then attach the fourth also using the same method and so on. You have to bring out the thread on the side of the bead that touches the tip. Continue to fix the beads on this diagonal then go to the opposite diagonal. Then wedge the thread and cut it then take care of the second part of the bracelet.

Step 3:
Cut the extension chain if necessary. At the end, remove the heart charm and place a turquoise pompom and a golden shell charm. You can use the heart charm and the rest of the chain for a next creation. Secure the chain and the spring clasp with open rings.
