Tutorial steps

Step 1
Animal necklace zebra pattern Miyuki bead weaving : Step 1

Weaving beads
You can use different techniques to weave your beads:
the peyote weaving technique (+ learn how to create decreases and increases in peyote weaving)
or the brick stitch weaving technique.

Tips:
For peyote weaving, start your creation from the widest line. You can use the Peyote Quick Start to help you get started.
Conversely, for brick stitch weaving, start with the longest column. It will be easier to work the 2 sides one after the other, as it's more difficult to make increases in brick stitch than decreases.
Finally, to avoid losing your beads or having them roll all over your table, you can use a beading mat.

Take your Miyuki Delicas beads, your KO weaving thread and start weaving using the grid below.

Tuck in all the threads.

Assembling the necklace
Cut 2 pieces of chain, each 40cm long.
Insert a clasp at the end of one chain.
At the other end of your chain, insert a 4mm closed ring, using an open oval ring(Reminder: How to open an open ring ).
Connect the chain to your pendant with open oval rings.
