To make a straight bow, you'll need ribbon, such as Naturel lace assortment or 10 mm satin ribbon Noir. These materials combine perfectly to create an elegant bow that's easy to make.
Here's how to make a straight knot.
Materials and tips:
Ribbon, for this example we usedAssortiment de dentelles Naturel and 10 mm Satin Ribbon Black.
Cut out about 8 cm of lace.
Put a glue dot in the middle of the lace.
Fold the right end of the lace over the glue dot.
Replace a glue dot in the same place as the previous step.
Fold the left end of the lace over this glue dot.
Put a stitch of glue always in the center of the lace.
Cut about an inch and a half of satin ribbon with loops and place it over the glue dot.
Wrap the lace with the satin ribbon, and glue it on.
You can add two long pieces of ribbon by gluing them to the back.
