Designed to be made using the brick stitch technique, this kit lets you create a bird-shaped brooch made entirely of Miyuki Delica 11/0 beads. We recommend applying several coats of Decopatch varnish to the back of the piece using a small brush to stiffen it and ensure it holds up well over time. Let it dry for a few hours between each coat.*
The finished brooch depicts a brightly colored bird. The 13 mm flat-backed brooch base, Fine gold plated, is attached to the back of the woven piece once it is complete. This kit does not include the adhesive needed for this attachment; be sure to purchase one suitable for beads and metal bases.
