Protect all your Jesmonite DIY creations with acrylic-based matte spray varnish!
Acrylic spray varnish gives your DIY creations a perfect, waterproof matt finish and protects them from moisture, water, oil, grease and dirt. Easy to use, it can be applied to all clean, grease-free surfaces, such as wood, stone, ceramics, glass, Jesmonite... It dries quickly (10 minutes dust-free, 30 minutes for complete drying).
Your creation will be resistant and long-lasting, indoors and out.
How to use spray varnish
1 - Shake the can until you hear the beads.
2 - Spray from a distance of about 30 cm onto the surface of your Jesmonite support. We recommend varnishing at a temperature not exceeding 20°C.
3 - Leave to dry for 30 minutes.
What is Jesmonite? Jesmonite is a non-toxic, solvent-free acrylic resin composed of a mixture of gypsum (plaster stone) and a water-based acrylic component. Very light, Jesmonite is resistant. Easy to use, it's the ideal material for decorative objects.
An ecological alternative to resin, Jesmonite can be colored with pigments or color chips to create a terrazzo effect. You can personalize them as you wish by mixing pigments or creating a marbled effect.
