What is the 14Kt Gold Filled?
This is a 14k gold finish applied on a brass base.
1. The weight of gold is 1/20 of the total weight of the product is about 50 to 100 times more than in a gold-plated product.
2. Gold-filled jewelry has the appearance of gold jewelry for a much lower cost.
3. Much more resistant than a classic gold plated, a gold-filled product will oxidize much less quickly.
If you want to slow down the oxidation process further, you must handle the Gold filled components with gloves and avoid any contact with them.
